Long Time No Post

Hello! Hi, its been a long time since I’ve wrote one of these and I may have forgotten how to do this😞 I had every intention to post monthly since I was doing my reading bingo boards but life had other plans.

I won’t bore you with the details but everything is okay-ish now.

This has been a really difficult year and I wasn’t prepared for that. I’m sorry for such a long absence both in posting and reading and responding to your posts. I just couldn’t find time and energy to do all those things while maintaining the chaos that has been my life.

In all honesty, even if I had been able to keep up with posting semi regular I still wouldn’t have been posting bookish content since reading has also been something I haven’t been able to do either. This pains me the most as its always been my go to when stressed.

I’m not back, back. I can’t make promises on when or if I do. I feel bad for just ghosting when I never meant to do that.

I wanted to come back and post then last half of the reading bingo boards. I put in the work for these and then couldn’t share them or use them myself. These are timeless so even if you missed out you can use them in the upcoming year or for a way to have fun with reading. That was the original purpose and goal.

I have really really missed this amazing community! I can’t wait to fawn over fictional crushes and rage with despair of waiting for the next book in the series again! Tell me what books you’ve been enjoying in the comments!

The Colorful Biblio Bingo reading boards are below

August Colorful Bingo Board

How have you all been? What new books have you read and enjoyed?

I think I might be getting out of my slump. Fingers crossed! I read two count them 2 books this month! They were highly anticipated books and neither disappointed. The first was Witchshadow by Susan Dennard and A House of Rage and Sorrow by Sangu Mandanna. But more on that in another post. Right now I’m here to talk about August’s bingo board. Its one of my faves🌟

Take a gander:

Isn’t it gorgeous😍 I hope you have fun using it. Don’t forget to tag me😊

June Bingo Board || General Updates, 1 Year Anniversary

Hey is this thing on? Hello everyone long time no post. The last month and a half has been hectic to say the least. I’ve read nothing so it’s made coming on here the last thing I want to do. I have no content to provide for you. 😦 I’m so sorry for the lack of comments and interaction. I haven’t been in a good spot to interact.

I still wanted to post my June Bingo Board because I have enjoyed making these even though I haven’t used my last two.

I figured I would also take this time to update on a few things since I don’t know when I will be able to post again. It’s been a whole year today since I started this blogging journey and I already failed😅😆  I didn’t post my first post until June but I signed up in May. I’m hoping to get back soon because I have posts planned but not finished/edited..so we will see.

I don’t want to go into many details just that life is weird and annoying right now and my mental health has taken a hit. And it has made motivation and content nonexistent. In more upbeat news I got a kitten take a look

His favorite pastimes are sleeping, eating and annoying his older sisters lol

I am somewhat consistent (as in a post at least once a week and use the stories feature)over on Instagram @PasteGreetings. I’m debating on making it more books and crafts because right now it’s just crafts. Buuut that means more work and commitments that I don’t think realistically I can do. That’s been the problem with this content I have no time and no motivation. 😑

I hope all of you are doing well and I hope to get to your posts real soon💙 Thanks for sticking with me!

BREAKING NEWS: A Special Announcement

I have a fun announcement.

I wanted to do something that we could all participate in together and have fun while reading. As great as buddy reading is it’s hard for me to do LOL I get stressed I’m reading to slow and then end up reading the whole thing too quick. There is no in-between.

I wanted it to be accessible and easy for everyone.

The Bingo Card.

This isn’t exactly revolutionary but I like it & it works for what I wanted.

You have all month to check things off. This will be monthly, and they’ll be tailored to the month & around read-a-thons and the like. You can participate every month or every other month.

One Rule: One book counts for 3 squares.

I just want all of our TBR piles to shrink lol

And that’s it. I really hope you participate no hard feelings if you don’t.

If you run a readathon or a reading challenge & would like me to spotlight it let me know in the comments.

January’s Spotlight is:
